When Vince first walked into Achilles USA in 1998, he was a recent University of Idaho graduate ready to make his mark. Starting in the Material Control department, his natural curiosity and initiative quickly set him apart. It wasn't long before an opportunity in the technical department arose. After an interview with managers Mr. Bach and Mr. Negishi, Vince transferred to the engineering department, a move that marked the true beginning of his impactful career with Achilles USA.

Turning Customer Ideas into Lasting Innovations
Throughout his career, Vince has found immense satisfaction in transforming customer concepts into tangible products. One of his most notable accomplishments is the Brush Silk blue film, a complex and successful product that remains in production on Achilles' lines today. Vince takes pride in knowing his work delivers long-term value to customers, a testament to the lasting quality of his contributions.

His greatest inspiration remains his former engineering manager, Bach Nguyen, whose hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities left a lasting legacy.
Life Outside of Achilles USA
Outside of work, Vince finds balance and adventure through fishing and motorcycle riding. His recent purchase of an Adventure motorcycle has him dreaming of future trips to remote areas, perhaps even a ride to Alaska. These hobbies provide the excitement and relaxation that fuel his focus and passion at work.
