Achilles USA originated ‘static cling vinyl’ in 1974. Our Ach-U-Cling series still sets the standard for cling vinyl today with the highest quality and most diverse product offering.

Our introduction of Bio-Clear in 2013 gave us the ability to offer an environmentally friendly static cling – the only sustainable static cling on the market.

We have invested significantly in our ability to offer vinyl and olefin films for the expanding and constantly changing self adhesive graphics industry. Our films are custom engineered to your individual requirements/specifications to ensure great adhesive compatibility and long lasting print protection.

Ach-U-Cast Capabilities

Cast extruded polyethylene (PP), polypropylene (PE), polyolefin films for various applications (print, over-laminate, computer cut signage, labels and decals):

  • Finishes: double polish gloss, orange peel, two-side film gloss / matte

Ach-U-Print Capabilities

For print out applications (digital, litho, flex, screen for graphics, labels & decals). Custom formulations to fit any vinyl application and include: monomeric – indoor / short term outdoor graphic; monomeric / polymeric blend – medium term outdoor graphics; and polymeric – long term outdoor and vehicle graphics.
