Our rubberized fabrics are made by combining nylon or polyester base fabric with synthetic rubber materials, such as Hypalon®, Eco-stron, Neoprene, silicone rubber, thermoplastic polyurethane, or fluoroelastomer. The resulting "rubberized fabrics" exhibit superior durability plus other characteristics, depending on materials used, such as resistance to heat, flame, chemicals, abrasion, and weathering. Rubberized metallic products and synthetic rubber films are also available.

Achilles' rubberized fabrics are used in a wide range of commercial and/or industrial products: inflatable boats, air tents, life rafts/jackets, firefighting gear, chemical protection suits, oil resistant aprons, rainwear, bellows and flexible ducts, industrial-use sheets, etc.
